Why it matters
Positioning pillars
Bring Your Own AI
Works with the AI your team already uses.
ConvOps works with the AI tools your team already uses — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, your own custom agents. Any AI that can call tools can run through ConvOps. Swap the AI, keep the process. The workflow doesn't care which model is on the other end.
AI Drives Your Work
Create a task. The AI takes it from there.
This is the paradigm shift. Traditional AI chat: you drive, AI assists, you re-prompt. ConvOps: the AI drives, you respond. The workflow carries the process — the AI executes it. You stop driving AI. The AI drives the work. Work becomes a conversation.
Your Process, Every Conversation
Define it once. Every conversation follows it.
Define a process once. Your process drives the AI underneath. Change a step — it changes everywhere. Process lives in the workflow, not in someone's head. People leave. The process stays. New hires get the same structured conversations from day one as your best performer.
Many AIs, One Workflow
Different AIs for different steps. Same workflow. Same memory.
Nobody uses one AI for everything. Claude for reasoning, Cursor for code, ChatGPT for drafts, custom agents for domain work. ConvOps assigns which AI drives which step. They share notes, share the workflow state. The workflow is the backbone across every agent — coordination, not chaos.
Conversational Governance
Rules the workflow enforces — the AI can't skip them.
Governance that lives inside the conversation, not bolted on. Conversation steps: the AI drives, you respond naturally. Approval steps: the AI pauses, waits for your explicit yes. The workflow engine enforces checkpoints — there is no prompt trick that skips them. Every action logged. Audit trail by design.
The mechanics
How it works
Step 1
Step-at-a-time instructions
Each step's instructions arrive when the conversation reaches that step — not before. No 40-page master prompt. The AI never sees Step 5's instructions while working on Step 2. Progressive disclosure keeps every step fresh, at the moment it's needed.
Step 2
Resumable work
Close the tab. Come back tomorrow. Hand it to a different person or a different AI — the workflow knows where it is. "Continue the Q2 pricing analysis" rehydrates the workflow state, the current step, and the context. No re-explaining. No starting over.
Step 3
Shared notes across AIs
Every task has a shared notes stream. Any AI working on the task can post a note — a decision, a progress update, a blocker, context. Every AI reads the same stream. When work hands off from one AI to another, the next AI sees the full history.
Step 4
Seven types of checkpoints
System-enforced gates: human approval, child-task completion, phase completion, task status, task type, dependency completion, sequential child order. The AI doesn't choose whether to honor these. The workflow engine enforces them.
Neomanex internal → commercial product
Built as NeoTasks to manage all Neomanex operations. Every task, every decision, every quality gate runs through it. Now commercially available.

How we compare
Them
AI assistants help your team work
Us
Assistants assist. In ConvOps the AI drives — you just respond.
Them
You're in control of AI
Us
You're in control of the process. The AI is in control of the work.
Them
Just prompt the AI better
Us
Stop prompting. The AI drives the workflow — you just talk.
Them
Put everything in the system prompt
Us
Master prompts degrade. Step-at-a-time keeps every instruction fresh.
Them
Our AI agent does it all
Us
Your team doesn't use one AI. It uses three or four. ConvOps is the workflow all of them run inside.
Them
AI governance platform
Us
Governance is the byproduct. Process is the product.
