Terms of Use

neomanex.com offers free content (an AI tool and model directory, verdicts, comparisons, news and a newsletter) and Neomanex Learn: courses, learning paths, certificates and the Inside Neomanex membership, some free and some paid.

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to that email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• If you buy without signing in, we create an account for the email you used.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it or what you bought through it, unless you bought team seats for that purpose.
• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting it does not cancel an active membership: cancel the membership first.

• The price, what is included, and any billing period are shown on the offer and at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Your purchase is complete when payment succeeds. We confirm it by email with a receipt, and the invoice is available in your account.
• A course or learning path is a one-off purchase: you keep access to it for as long as we offer the course, with no renewal.
• A gift gives the recipient a link to claim the course. It can be claimed for 12 months.
• Team seats are assigned by the buyer to the people they invite.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where the price was shown in clear error, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.

• The membership is a yearly subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each year and we charge the payment method you used, until you cancel.
• Founding price: a limited number of founding seats may be offered at a lower price, shown with the seats left. Once they are taken, new members pay the regular price shown at checkout. A founding price stays on your membership for as long as it renews without a break.
• Cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and we do not charge you again.
• If a renewal payment fails, your membership shows a payment issue and access can end if payment is not made.
• The membership gives access to the content, live sessions and community described on the offer at the time you join. We may change individual sessions or materials, but not in a way that removes the main benefits you paid for during a paid year.
• The community runs on Discord, and live-session reminders can come by WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices include VAT or similar taxes where they apply, calculated from your billing country at payment.
• Businesses in the EU can enter a VAT number. We check it with the European Commission VIES service; if it is valid, the reverse charge applies and no VAT is charged. If VIES is unavailable, VAT is charged and refunded if the number is later confirmed.
• Invoices are issued in your name, or your business name, with the details collected at checkout.

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services.

Everything we sell is available immediately after payment. At checkout we therefore ask you, in a separate box that is never pre-ticked, to request immediate access and to confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once access is given. You cannot complete a consumer purchase without it. In the membership checkout, the same confirmation covers anything else you add during that visit, and each added item restates it.

Your confirmation is recorded with the wording you saw and restated on your invoice. Businesses whose VAT number we validate have no consumer right of withdrawal.

Losing the right of withdrawal does not affect the refund promise below or your statutory rights if what you bought is faulty or not as described.

• Where an offer states a refund period (for example, the membership offer), you can ask for a full refund within that period after purchase, for any reason. Email contact@neomanex.com from the address you bought with.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, and we issue a credit note.
• A full refund ends your access to what was refunded and cancels the membership renewal. Material you already downloaded or imported, and certificates you already earned, stay yours.
• Outside a stated refund period, we refund where the law requires it, for example if what you bought is faulty or not as described.

• Use the site lawfully and do not disrupt it, break its security, or scrape it in a way that harms its operation.
• Do not redistribute, resell or publish course content, recordings or community material.
• Do not misuse the AI tutor or chat: no attempts to extract other people's data, no harmful content, and no personal data of other people in your questions or submissions.
• Be respectful in live sessions and the community. We may remove anyone who harasses others.

The site, courses, verdicts, methodology, design and branding belong to Neomanex or its licensors. Buying a course or the membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning and work. Workflows and templates provided for use may be used in your own work. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

You keep the rights to what you submit (notes, exercises, questions). You allow us to store and process it to provide the service.

The directory describes and links to third-party tools we do not control. A listing or link is not an endorsement, and details such as pricing and features come from the providers and can change. Stripe, Google, Discord, WhatsApp, YouTube and ConvOps are provided under their own terms when you use them through the site.

• Directory, news and course content is general information, kept as accurate as we can but provided as is. It is not professional, legal or financial advice. Check anything important with the provider before relying on it.
• Tutor answers and exercise grades are generated by AI and can be wrong.
• A certificate confirms that you completed a Neomanex course. It is not an accredited qualification.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability to you for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. For the free parts of the site, we are not liable except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. If we close an account without such a breach, we refund the unused part of any paid membership. We may stop offering a course or the membership; if we stop the membership, we refund the unused part of the current year.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will change the date at the top. Terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase. A change that affects an active membership applies from its next renewal, and we tell you by email before then so you can cancel.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts.
