Conditional because the LLM is billed separately on top at a model-dependent rate that the pricing page does not fold into the per-minute price, so the all-in per-minute cost is not stated there. It suits teams wanting telephony, channels and testing from one vendor. We have not tested it.

Is it right for you?

Good for

  • Putting one agent on phone, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS and email with shared context, as ElevenLabs describes the channels
  • Choosing your own model: the platform is described as LLM-agnostic, with bring-your-own, frontier API or hosted options
  • Checking agent behaviour before launch: guardrails, simulations and automated tests are part of the platform
  • Wiring into existing business systems: Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk and Twilio connectors are named

Not good for

  • Forecasting an all-in cost per minute from the $0.08 rate alone: LLM usage is billed separately on top, based on the model you choose
  • Spiky call volume on small plans: concurrency runs from 4 calls on Free to 40 on Business, and bursts above the limit bill at $0.16 per minute
