Jotform offers HIPAA features and a signed BAA on Gold and Enterprise, while Paperform's pricing page says it is not HIPAA compliant and signs no BAAs today.
Paperform says HIPAA support is "planned for the first half of 2027". Gold lists at $1,188 a year, and your own data handling still has to hold up.
Paperform says seats are unlimited on every plan, while the Jotform pricing page we read describes Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold as single-user plans and only Enterprise as multi-user.
Jotform Enterprise is multi-user but custom-priced, and Paperform Pro costs more than Jotform Bronze at list.
Pro plus the $20 a month domain add-on is a derived $69 monthly equivalent billed annually, below Jotform Gold at a derived $99 monthly equivalent ($1,188 a year).
Gold also bundles HIPAA features and 100 GB of upload space, and the Jotform entry plans cost less than Paperform Pro.
Jotform says it supports 30+ payment gateways with no additional transaction fees; Paperform names Stripe, PayPal, Square and Braintree.
Jotform caps payment submissions by plan, and the Paperform pricing text we read lists no payment cap. We have not tested either gateway list.
