Gemini 3.8 Flash-Lite TTS
Google · Sorti sept. 2026
Conditional. Gemini 3.8 Flash-Lite TTS is Google's cost tier for high-volume speech: stable in the Gemini API, built into Google Vids, and billed at the same text input rate as Flash TTS with a lower audio output rate. Google ranks it second only to Flash TTS on Hume AI's Overall Quality Index, but that ranking is Google-reported and its launch rates are temporary, doubling once the promotion ends. Suits voice-agent cascades and bulk narration where cost per clip matters more than acting range.
