Jotform is the widest form platform in the market: thousands of templates, payments, e-signatures, approvals, PDF generation, HIPAA capability on the Gold tier, and an AI Agents feature that puts a conversational front end on a form. If your requirement list has the word "and" in it several times, Jotform probably covers all of it. The tradeoff is that breadth shows. The builder is dense, the interface carries twenty years of accumulated features, and the conversational layer is a wrapper over a form rather than a rethink of one.
