Conditional because the LLM is billed separately on top at a model-dependent rate that the pricing page does not fold into the per-minute price, so the all-in per-minute cost is not stated there. ElevenLabs describes it as configuring and deploying human-sounding agents in 90+ languages across voice, chat and email, and lists phone, web, mobile, WhatsApp, SMS and email as channels. You set the voice, language, knowledge base, system prompt and workflows, define guardrails, run simulations and automated tests, and read built-in analytics such as resolution rates and CSAT. The platform is described as LLM-agnostic: bring your own model, call a frontier model through an API, or use ElevenLabs' hosted, domain-tunable models.
